<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Ronald L Christensen and
<br />Cathlyn J Christensen, Husband and Wife; to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated March 24, 2000 and recorded April 11, 2000 in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #200002850 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has
<br />been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />All of Lots Two (2) and Four (4), except the East Sixty -Five Feet (65') in Block Seventeen (17), of University Place, an
<br />Addiiion to the City of Grand Island, Hail County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
