DEED OF RECONVEYANCE WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among RODNEY J DIEHL AND SUSAN C DIEHL, husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and The Equitable Building and loan Association of Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated February 24, 1999, and recorded on February 25, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 99- 102051 has been paid; and WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
