HANSEN AND CYNTHIA E. HANSEN, Grantee, <br />the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -201) in <br />HALL County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW '/4 NW <br />t /4), and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW '/4 SW '/4) of Section Four <br />(4), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW t /4) thence Northerly along <br />the West line of said Section Four (4), a distance of Four Hundred Eighty -six and Thirty -seven <br />Hundredths (486.37) Feet; thence deflecting right 880 30' 17" and running Easterly, a distance of <br />Five Hundred Ninety -five and Sixty -seven Hundredths (595.67) Feet; thence Southerly parallel <br />to the West line of said Section Four (4), a distance of Six Hundred Thirty -six and Seventy — <br />three Hundreds (636.73) Feet; thence deflecting right 88° 05' 03" and running Westerly a <br />distance of Five Hundred Ninety -five and Sixty -seven Hundredths (595.67) Feet to the West line <br />of said Section Four (4); thence Northerly along the West line of said Section Four (4), a distance <br />of One Hundred Fifty -four and Seventy -three Hundredths (154.73) Feet to the place of <br />beginning. <br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the Office of the HALL County Register of Deeds, as Document No. 95- 100817, <br />on February 14, 1995, and as Document NO. 92- 106571, on July 28, 1992, pursuant to <br />Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -1014. <br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity <br />in anyway by reason of this instrument. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, has caused these presents to <br />be executed by its president and its Corporate Seal to be affixed hereto this 291h day of <br />July, 2003. <br />The State Bank Cair <br />xATTEST: By 4��' <br />f,paic, rnes A.
