Stehlik, Trustee for the benefit of Morrison Enterprises, as Beneficiary <br />under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Grand West LLC, a Nebraska limited <br />liability company, on November 12, 1999 and recorded in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on November 18, 1999 as Instrument No. 99- 111093 <br />does hereby, at the written request of said Beneficiary, reconvey to Grand West LLC all <br />right, title and interest acquired by the Trustee pursuant to said Deed of Trust the <br />following portion only of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust: <br />Lot Thirty -four (34) Grand West Third Subdivision in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This Partial Deed of Reconveyance shall in no manner affect the lien of said Deed of <br />Trust as to the remainder of the real estate described therein and not hereby specifically <br />released. <br />Dated July,2&?, 2003. <br />Anna L.
