SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT <br />p3fV <br />WHEREAS, Nebraska Energy Federal Credit Union the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as First Party, is <br />the owner of the mortgage dated November 2, 2001 and recorded on the December 6, 2001, as document No. <br />200112533 in Vol. N/A at page N/A, in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, State of Nebraska, <br />securing a debt in the original amount of $13,650.00 , and covering the following described real estate situated in Hall <br />County, State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />LOT 4, BLOCK 2, LAKE DAVIS ACRES SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO <br />THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF <br />WHEREAS, Bruce and Lynn Schutte have executed a mortgage NOT TO EXCEED the amount of <br />$ 1 A2),J OQ .
