<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Yolanda
<br />Powers, A Single Person, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein,
<br />dated May 5, 2005 and recorded May 15, 2005 recorded as instrument # 200306117 in Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds, Grand Island, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
<br />The North 37.25 Feet of Lot 7, Court House Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />TOEGTHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvement n appurtenances belonging to
