<br />You are hereby notified that the following described property will be sold by Michael F.
<br />Kivett, Trustee, at public auction to the highest bidder, at the lower level lobby at the Hall
<br />County Courthouse in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 7th day of
<br />October, 2005 at 10:00 a.m.:
<br />"The Easterly 17 1/2 feet of Lot 29, all of Lot 30 and the Westerly 9 feet of Lot 31, all in
