<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated May 25, 2004, executed by Douglas D. Axford, a single 
<br />person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as 
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #200405965 in the Register of Deed's office of Hall 
<br />County, Nebraska on the 16th day of June, 2004, and 
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the 
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled 
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit: 
<br />Lot One (1), Axford Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska 
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated May 25, 2004, recorded as
