<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the 
<br />Deed of Trust dated October 15, 1998, executed by Jim Buck and Linda Buck, husband and wife, in 
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in 
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Instrument #98- 110092 on the 
<br />16th day of October, 1998, and 
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, 
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above 
<br />mentioned as follows: 
<br />Lot Nineteen (19), having a lake front footage of 75 Feet, situated on the West side of the East Portion of 
<br />Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E'V2SWI /), in Section 
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, 
<br />Nebraska, bounded on the Westerly side by the common road . 
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; 
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, 
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally 
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. 
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand 
<br />Island, Nebraska this 21 st day of July, 2005.
