<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; ;

<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey

<br />NEBRASKA, BOUNDED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE BY THE COMMON ROAD.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
