<br />You are hereby notified that Don Dietz and Melva Dietz, husband and wife, Trustors, did on or 
<br />about January 6, 2004, make, execute and deliver to Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, a 
<br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real property: 
<br />"The Easterly 17 1/2 feet of Lot 29, all of Lot 30 and the Westerly 9 feet of Lot 31, all in Block 3 
<br />of Blain Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska" 
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), 
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on January 7, 2004 as Instrument 
<br />No. 0200400180, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. 
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for 
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the 
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on March 12, 2005 through July 12, 2005, together 
<br />with interest accruing thereon. 
<br />You are further notified that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has 
<br />elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and 
<br />payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to 
<br />satisfy said obligation.
