<br />and in consideration of TWENTY -SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS ($26,000.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, does hereby convey to MIKE BECHTOLD andKRISTAL BECHTOLD, Grantee, the
<br />following described real estate in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Forty-Three (43), in Country Meadows Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same belonging, and all the estate, title,
<br />interest, claim or demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any part thereof; subject to
<br />easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except as
<br />stated herein;
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
