<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by
<br />Thomas P. O'Connor, A Single Person and Raymond J. O'Connor and Jennifer S. O'Connor,
<br />husband and wife
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />.ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated December
<br />27, 2001, and recorded .December 31, 2001, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 02001.13621, and re- recorded "On January 23, 2002, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200200912 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises,
<br />Suite One (1), Oakwood Subdivision Condominium Property Regime 111, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
