Anania and Jane E. Anania , husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ", and HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "lender ", WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Borrower did execute a certain Deed of Trust dated June 1, 1998 , filed of record in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds on June 2 1998 as Document No. 98- 105257 in respect to that real estate described as: LOT FIFTY -TWO (52), RAVENWOOD SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
