An ordinance to vacate a portion of Adams Street, north of Koenig Street in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; to provide for the filing of this ordinance in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and to provide for publication and the
<br />effective date of this ordinance,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA:
<br />SECTION 1. That the portion of Adams Street, north of Koenig Street to the alley
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is hereby vacated. Such portion of Adams
<br />Street is more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot D, Block Four (4), Elm Place
<br />Subdivision; thence southwesterly on a prolongation of the north line of Koenig
<br />Street for a distance of Forty (40.0) feet to the southeast corner of Lot Ten (10),
<br />Block Three (3), Elm Place Subdivision; thence northwesterly on the east line of
<br />Lot Ten (10), Block Three (3), Elm Place Subdivision to the northeast corner of
<br />Lot Ten (10), Block Three (3), Elm Place Subdivision; thence northeasterly on a
<br />prolongation of the north line of Lot Ten (10), Block Three (3), Elm Place
<br />Subdivision for a distance of Forty (40.0) feet to the northwest corner of Lot D,
<br />Block Four (4), Elm Place Subdivision; thence south on the west line of Lot D,
<br />Block Four (4), Elm Place Subdivision to the point of beginning. Such property is
<br />shown on the drawing dated May 31, 2005, attached hereto and incorporated
<br />herein by this reference.
