WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and 'Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or

<br />BILLINGTON AND PAMELA A BILLINGTON, husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers
<br />State Bank and Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and 'The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska as Beneficiary, dated January 11, 1999, and recorded on
<br />January 18, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />Number 99- 100556 has been paid; and
