<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHERAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed, MICHAEL W. CAMPBELL AND
<br />DEBORAH D. CAMPBELL HUSBAND AND WIFE to BANK OF DONIPHAN,TRUSTEE for the benefit of BANK
<br />OF DONIPHAN, the BENEFICIARY named therein dated 5 -12 -00 and recorded 5 -16 -00 in the office of the
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as INSTRUMENT #0200003958 in the Trust Deed
<br />Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has request in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
