You are hereby notified that Barthelemy Hernandez and Jessica Hernandez, as husband and wife, as Trustors, <br />did on or about November 27, 2002, make, execute and deliver unto First American Title Ins. Co., Trustee, a Deed of <br />Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />The Northerly 40 feet of Lot 1, in Block 1, Bartling's Subdivision in the City of <br />Grand island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on December 2, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200213319. <br />Camille R.
