1. Lessor and Qwest Wireless, LLC, entered into a Site Lease on the 22nd day of May, 2002, as
<br />amended on the 3) day of March, 2005 (the "Agreement "), for the purpose of installing, operating
<br />and maintaining a radio communications facility and other improvements. All of the foregoing are set
<br />forth in the Agreement.
<br />2. Qwest Wireless, LLC, assigned its interest in the Site Lease to Lessee on the the day of
<br />March, 2005.
<br />3. The term of the Agreement is for five (5) years, and commenced on May 30, 2002,
<br />( "Commencement Date "), and terminates on the fifth anniversary of the Commencement Date with four
<br />(4) successive five (5) year options to renew.
<br />4. The Land which is the subject of the Agreement is described in Exhibit A annexed hereto. The
<br />portion of the Land being leased to Lessee (the "Premises ") is described in Schedule B annexed hereto.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Revised Memorandum of Lease as of the day
<br />and year first above written.
