<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 25, 2003 executed by Delbert Rathman, A Married
<br />Person, and Janice K. Rathman, His Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument No. 0200308487
<br />in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the P day of July, 2003,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:

<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 25, 2003, as Instrument No.
<br />0200308487 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all
<br />real estate not herein reconveyed.
