<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated May 3, 2004, executed by Thomas J Wald and Sarah D Wald, Husband and
<br />Wife, as 'rrustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on May
<br />3, 2004, recorded as Instrument No. 0200404377 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Decd of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT TWENTY -SEVEN (27) BLOCK ONE (1) IN BRENTWOOD SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, I IALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this I 1 th of March, 2005.
