<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />TIMOTHY C KOEHN, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JUNE 28 2001 and recorded JUNE 29, 2001 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document # 0200106386
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered; ALSO an EXTENSION AGREEMENT dated May 22, 2002 and recorded
<br />May 28, 2002 as DOC # 0200205615;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT ONE (1), BLOCK SIX (6) IN DALE ROUSH SECOND SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
