PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
<br />Lonnie Meyer, Personal Representative of the Estate of Lawrence F. Meyer,
<br />Deceased, Grantor, pursuant to power of sale provisions contained in the Last Will and
<br />Testament of Decedent filed in the Hall County Court, No. PR02 -82, in consideration of
<br />One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, received from Grantee,
<br />Roberta C. Snyder, a single person, conveys to Grantee, the following described real
<br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):
<br />Lot Nine (9), Block Thirty -seven (37), Charles Wasmer's Addition, City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements, covenants, and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor has legal power and lawful authority
<br />to convey the same.
