TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by <br />WARREN D RODGERS AND J DOLORES RODGERS, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, <br />dated JANUARY 11 2002 and recorded JANUARY 16, 2002 in the Office of the HALL <br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document # <br />0200200622 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to <br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such <br />premises: <br />LOT FOUR (4) IN BLOCK TWO (2), IN CAPITAL HEIGHTS FOURTH SUBDIVISION, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this 19th day of November , 2002 <br />e:�Z� �� <br />Trustee: Arend R.
