<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT 
<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on June 4, 1998, 
<br />as Instrument No. 98- 105385, by Michael Hummel and Beverly Hummel, Trustors, in which 
<br />James A. Willman and Richard P. Willman, are named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a 
<br />breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the 
<br />nature of such breach is the Trustors failure to make debt payments as they became due. You 
<br />are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is 
<br />accelerated and as of November 5, 2002, is in the amount of $93,242.05, plus interest in the 
<br />amount of $1,660.47 for a total of $94,902.52, and further be notified that because of such 
<br />default the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the 
<br />obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows: 
<br />Lots Three (3), Four (4), and Five (5), except the West Seven Feet One Inch 
<br />(7'1 ") of Lots Four (4) and Five (5) condemned for the use of the City of Grand 
<br />Island and a tract of land comprising a part of Lot Six (6), Block One Hundred 
<br />Ten (110), Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island, more particularly 
<br />described as follows: 
<br />Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Lot Six (6,) thence going northeasterly 
<br />along the Northwest line of said Lot Six (6), a distance of forty -one and thirty -nine 
<br />hundredths (41.39) feet; thence going southeasterly to a point on the 
<br />southeasterly line of said Lot Six (6), said point being forty -one and eight -three 
<br />hundredths (41.83) feet northeast of the southwest corner of said Lot Six (6); 
<br />thence going southwesterly along the southeasterly line of said Lot Six (6), a 
<br />distance of forty -one and eighty -three hundredths feet (41.83) feet to the
