Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust SCOTT C BILLS AND BARBARA
<br />BILLS, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated MAY 1 2002 and recorded MAY 10. 2002 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />0200205060 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
