<br />Liability Company, for and in consideration of ONE HUNDRED FORTY -
<br />ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($141,000.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, does hereby convey to THE DIAMOND ENGINEERING
<br />COMPANY, Grantee, the following described real estate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Twenty -Six (26), Twenty -Seven (27), Twenty -Eight (28),
<br />Thirty -Five (35), Thirty -Six (36) and Thirty -Seven (37),
<br />Country Meadows Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to
<br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any
<br />part thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances except as stated herein;
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
