Dreher and Pamela J. Dreher, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did on or <br />about October 28, 1992, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a <br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following - described real property: <br />Lot Eight in Block Ten (10) in Joehncks Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary of <br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on October 29, 1992, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 92-109344. <br />On or about October 30, 1992, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
