WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under <br />the Deed of Trust dated September 27, 1996, executed by Philip D. Janssen & Maehelle M. <br />Janssen, Husband and Wife, as Truster, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County oa <br />Nebraska, on September 30, 1996, recorded as Instrument No. 96- 107638, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Batik, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Eleven (11) and the West hive (5) feet of Lot Ten (10), Block Three (3), Blaine Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, I lal I County, Nebraska, <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW WHEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WI "I'NI-SS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska.. this 20`I' day of August, 2002. <br />FIVE P°INrs FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />qT <br />By: Oody L.
