KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Pedro F. Requena, trustor, to
<br />Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek, Trustee, and Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek, Beneficiary,
<br />and recorded November 14, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200111629 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary
<br />as requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the
<br />endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or
<br />persons entitled therein all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust
