<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by JOHN I
<br />HABEEMM AND VE NA L HABERMAN. HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack,
<br />Trusted for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein., dated OCTOBER 23
<br />2000 and recorded NOVEMBER 9 2000 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200009809 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
