<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated March 9, 1992, executed by Cooney Properties Inca a m
<br />Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and ,o
<br />as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #92- 101926 in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on thel2th day of March, 1992 and which Modification of Deed of Trust was recorded
<br />as Document #0200205357 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 21P day of May,
<br />2002.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />THE NORTH ONE - FOURTH (N1/4) OF LOTS THREE (3) AND FOUR (4) OF SASS
<br />SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE1 /4) OF SECTION
<br />FOURTEEN (14), IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST
<br />OF THE 6T" P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 21'r, 1996, recorded as
<br />Document #96- 104898 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 18th day of June, 2002.
