<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS- 
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by Larry G. and Karen D. 
<br />Kleine to AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND 
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated 
<br />August 22, 2001, and recorded August 24, 2001, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, 
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0200108530, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in 
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: 
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the 
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and 
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or 
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises; 
<br />EAST TWO (2') FEET OF LOT NINE (9) AND WEST FIFTY SEVEN FEET (57') OF LOT
