<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE UNDER NEBRASKA TRUST DEEDS ACT

<br />THAT, WHEREAS, the BENEFICIARY has requested, in writing, that this Deed of Reconveyance 
<br />be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below, in order to comply with the terms of 
<br />the Nebraska Deed of Trust entered into between James H. Oliver, a single person, as TRUSTOR, 
<br />Sherman County Bank, as TRUSTEE, and Sherman County Bank, as BENEFICIARY, dated March 20, 
<br />2001, and recorded on March 22, 2001, as Instrument No. 200102271 of Records in the Office of Register 
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska. 
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of payment and in accordance with the request of the 
<br />BENEFICIARY named therein, the undersigned as TRUSTEE does, by these presents, grant, remise, 
<br />release and reconvey to the TRUSTOR the following described real estate, to -wit: 
<br />Tract 1: The Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Twenty -seven (27), Township Ten (10) North, 
<br />Range Twelve (12) West of the 6'h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom tracts of land 
<br />particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the west line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4), said 
<br />point being Two Hundred Seventy Eight and Twelve Hundredths (278.12) feet south of the northwest 
<br />corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4); thence southerly along and upon the west line of said 
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4), a distance of Three Hundred Twenty One and Eighty Eight Hundredths 
<br />(321.88) feet, thence deflecting left 90 °00'00" and running easterly a distance of Fifty Five (55) feet; 
<br />thence deflecting 90 000'00" and running northerly, parallel with the west line of said Northwest Quarter 
<br />(NW1 /4), a distance of Three Hundred Twenty One and Eighty Eight Hundredths (321.88) feet; thence 
<br />deflecting left 90 °00'00" and running westerly, a distance of Fifty Five (55) feet to the point of beginning 
<br />and containing 0.406 acres, more or less of which 0.244 acres, more or less is presently occupied by 
<br />public road right of way. TRACT 2: The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1 /2NW1 /4), Section 
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Nine (9) North, Range Thirteen (13) West of the 6`h P.M., Buffalo County, 
<br />Nebraska, and TRACT 3: the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1 /2NE1 /4), Section Twenty Three 
<br />(23), Township Nine (9) North, Range Thirteen West of the 61h P.M., Buffalo County, Nebraska.
