<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE W
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated April 16, 1993, and an Extension Agreement for Deed of Trust dated June
<br />12, 1995, executed by Marshall Dean Christensen & Darlene Christensen, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County Nebraska, on April 23, 1993,
<br />recorded as Document No. 93- 103142, and June 13, 1995, recorded as Document No. 95- 103874,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />2107 NORTH WHEELER STREET, GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, LEGALLY KNOWN AS
<br />LOT FIFTEEN (15), BLOCK TWO (2), IN KI`IICKREHM SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 6th day of June, 2002.
