<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by RYAN L STEFFEN
<br />AND MICHELLE R STEFFEN HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Bawk, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated DECEMBER 29. 1998 and recorded
<br />JANUARY 25, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 99- 100837 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
