<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, c� 
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 5, 1998 executed by Harold F. Rosenkotter and Judith 
<br />a. Rosenkotter, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the

<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall CJ 
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #98- 102089, on the 6th day of March, 1998, and 
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five 
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed 
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: 
<br />THE NORTH 312.5 FEET OF LOT ONE (1), IN FRACTIONAL SECTION EIGHTEEN (18), IN 
<br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6T" P.M., HALL 
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO -WIT: 
<br />BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF FRACTIONAL SECTION 18, IN 
<br />TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6r" P.M., RUNNING THENCE EAST 
<br />ALONG AND UPON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID FRACTIONAL SECTION, 140.2 FEET TO 
<br />THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID FRACTIONAL SECTION, RUNNING THENCE 
<br />SOUTH UPON AND ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID FRACTIONAL SECTION 312.5 
<br />FEET, RUNNING THENCE WEST, PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID 
<br />FRACTIONAL SECTION, 138.0 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID 
<br />FRACTIONAL SECTION, RUNNING THENCE NORTH ALONG AND UPON THE WEST 
<br />LINE OF SAID FRACTIONAL SECTION, 312.5 FEET, TO THE ACTUAL POINT OF 
<br />BEGINNING, SUBJECT TO ONE HALF OF THE COUNTY ROAD TO THE WEST OF THE 
<br />SAID PREMISES AND EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND AS SHOWN IN 
<br />REPORT OF APPRAISERS RECORDED MAY 7, 1976 IN THE REGISTER OF DEEDS 
<br />OFFICE AS DOCUMENT NO. 76- 002427 . 
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such 
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid; 
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed 
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person 
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
