<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by 
<br />LARRY G OAKLEY AND NADINE M OAKLEY, HUSBAND AND WIFE 
<br />to AREND R MACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of ROME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND 
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, 
<br />dated NOVEMBER 7, 1994 and recorded NOVEMBER 22, 1994 in the Office of the HALL 
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document 
<br />#94- 109383 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of 
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; AND an Extension Agreement dated May 17, 1995 and 
<br />recorded May 19, 1995 and recorded as Document # 95- 103256 
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the 
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, 
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to 
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such 
<br />premises:
