<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by KELLY SWEET and HEATHER
<br />SWEET, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to EARL D. AHLSCHWEDE, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., A Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated
<br />February 15, 2000 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 200001493, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
<br />by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />Lot Eleven (11), Block One (1) Blain Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
