<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust DAVID J WETHERILT and SUSAN L
<br />WETHERILT, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated JULY 18, 1997 and recorded JULY 21, 1997 in the office of

<br />said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
