<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, T. J. OTTO, Aurora, Nebraska, as
<br />Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated October 31, 1997, executed
<br />by Jerry L. Loney and Janet C. Loney, husband and wife, as
<br />Trustors, in which Kenneth L. Wortman and Marilyn E. Wortman are
<br />named as Beneficiaries and the undersigned as Trustee, and re-
<br />corded October 31, 1997, as Document #97- 109203 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from
<br />the Beneficiaries thereunder a written request that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiaries named therein, the undersigned
<br />as Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, namely: Jerry L. Loney and
<br />Janet C. Loney, husband and wife, all the interest and the estate
<br />now held by the Trustee through said Deed of Trust in the follow-
<br />ing described premises:
<br />Lot One (1), Burch Subdivision, an Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting
<br />therefrom a tract of land more particularly described
<br />in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 175, page 474.
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed
<br />of reconveyance at Aurora, Nebraska on j� 2001.
