WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 31, 1999 executed by Gonzalo Soto Vera and Elga <br />Y Soto Ordonez, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and <br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall 7; <br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200000098, on the 4th day of January, 2000, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />LOT THREE(3); LOT FOUR (4); THE NORTHERLY FORTY FOUR (44) FEET OF <br />LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2); THE NORTHERLY TWENTY TWO (22) FEET OF THE <br />SOUTHERLY EIGHTY EIGHT (88) FEET OF LOT ONE (1); AND THE NORTHERLY <br />TWENTY TWO (22) FEET OF THE SOUTHERLY EIGHTY (88) FEET OF THE EASTERLY <br />FIVE (5) FEET OF LOT TWO (2); ALL IN BLOCK THIRTY NINE (39) IN THE ORIGINAL <br />TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such <br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 15th day of March 15, 2002. <br />FIVE <br />Executive Vice <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />I§ <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 15th day of <br />March, 2002, by, Edward M.
