<br />hereinafter known as the Grantor, whether one or more, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY AND
<br />NO /100- -- ($2,840.00) - -- DOLLARS in hand paid does hereby grant and convey
<br />unto CENTRAL PLATTE NATURAL RESOURCES DISTRICT hereinafter known as the
<br />Grantee and to its successors and assigns a perpetual and assignable right
<br />and easement in the land described below, to construct, maintain, repair,
<br />operate, patrol and replace a flood protection levee, including all
<br />appurtenances thereto; reserving, however, to the owners, their heirs and
<br />assigns, all such rights and privileges in the land as may be used without
<br />interfering with or abridging the rights and easement hereby acquired;
<br />subject, however, to existing easements for public roads and highways,
<br />public utilities, railroads and pipelines, situated in Hall County, and
<br />State of Nebraska, to wit;

<br />DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
<br />COMMENCING AT THE WEST QUARTER (WI /4) CORNER OF SECTION 1; THENCE ON AN
