<br />hereinafter known as the Grantor, whether one or more, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY AND

<br />subject, however, to existing easements for public roads and highways,
<br />public utilities, railroads and pipelines, situated in Hall County, and
<br />State of Nebraska, to wit;
