<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.02001-
<br />11549. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Kevin D. Billington and Michelle
<br />Billington, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Columbus Federal Savings Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust
<br />was thereafter filed for record October 17, 1995 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.95- 107016.
<br />On or about October 20, 1995, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
