DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. LAN ®ON is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated AUGUST
<br />11, 1999, executed by LAURIE K JOHNSON AND FRANCIS W JOHNSON, WIFE AND HUSBAND,
<br />as Trustor, for the benefit of CUNA MORTGAGE CORPORATION, which Deed of Trust
<br />was recorded AUGUST 16, 1999 as Instrument No. 0099108260, in Book No. - - -, at
<br />Page No. - -- in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, CUNA MUTUAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION FKA CUNA MORTGAGE
<br />CORPORATION, has requested a reconveyance of the trust property to the person or
<br />person entitled thereto;
