<br />Pursuant to the terms of the M. Maxine Conroy Revocable Trust Agreement dated May 12, 1977, as
<br />amended, Nona Dobbs, successor Trustee of said Trust Agreement, hereby grants, assigns and transfers
<br />to _Max L Conroy Jerry D Conroy and Jacqueline L Weavers, to each an undivided one -third interest,
<br />all beneficial interest under a certain Deed of Trust executed by NONA DUBBS and DARREL DUBBS
<br />husband and wife, as Trustor, to Thomas A. Emerton, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, for the benefit of M.
<br />Maxine Conroy Trustee of the Revocable Trust Agreement dated May 12, 1977, as amended, said Deed
<br />of Trust being dated April 26, 2001 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 0200103771, on real property described as follows:
<br />The South One -half (S1 /2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Thirty -Four (34), Township Ten
<br />(10) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska except for the following:
<br />A tract of land comprising all of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W 1/2
<br />SW 1/4 SW 1/4) of Section Thirty-Four (34), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southwest corner of the said West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (W 1/2 SW 1/4 SW 1/4); thence northerly along and upon the west line of said West Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W 1/2 SWl /4 SWl /4), a distance of One Thousand Three
<br />Hundred Nine and Forty Eight Hundredths (1,309.48) feet to the northwest corner of said West Half of the
