Depue, Trustee, and is with reference to Deed <br />of Trust wherein NAFCO NEBRASKA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is Beneficiary, <br />and Francis W. Johnson, Jr., and Laurie R. Johnson, husband and wife, <br />are Trustors and Ronald S. Depue is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on November 12, 1999, and <br />identified as Document No. 99- 110924, conveying to Trustee, Trustee's <br />successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in <br />said Deed as follows, to wit: <br />Lot 52, LeHeights 4th Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustors. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and <br />quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim and <br />demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the above <br />described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. `-1 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />The fo�yegoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknoledged before me on <br />December c , 2001, by Ronald S.
