<br />RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
<br />WHEREAS, on February 1, 1968, Don Decker and Mildred Decker, His Wife, and Paul Decker,
<br />a Single Man ( "Maker ") did execute, acknowledge and deliver unto Don J. McMurray Co., a Nebraska
<br />corporation a certain mortgage (the "Mortgage), filed for record February 8, 1968 in Book 145 of
<br />Mortgages, Page 321 in the Official Records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska,
<br />at Grand Island, to secure the payment of the Indebtedness therein described, covering that certain real
<br />estate (the "Property ") located in said County and more fully described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
<br />made a pat hereof for all purposes.
<br />WHEREAS, the full amount of the Indebtedness has been satisfied to U.S. Bank, N.A., as
<br />Trustee, successor to Firstar Trust Company, as Trustee ( "Holder "), the legal and equitable holder and
<br />owner of the indebtedness;
<br />NOW THEREFORE; the undersigned, on behalf of Holder, in consideration of the premises and
<br />the full and final satisfaction of the Indebtedness, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has this
<br />day and does by these presents, RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND QUITCLAIM unto Maker and Maker's
<br />successor in interest to the Property, all of the right, title, interest and estate in and to the Property which
<br />the Holder has or may be entitled to by virtue of the lien created under the Mortgage, and does hereby
<br />declare the same fully released and discharged therefrom and from any all liens, rights and claims
<br />securing said Indebtedness held by the Holder whatsoever, and the recorder of said county is authorized
<br />to discharge the same of record.
