Dowd and Suzanne M. Dowd, husband and wife, as <br />Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska <br />on February 8, 1999, entered as instrument no. 99- 101400, which Deed of Trust conveyed the 6, <br />following described real estate, to-wit: <br />Lot One(1) and the Northerly Sixty (60) Feet of Lot Two (2) in Block <br />Two (2) in Farmington Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default <br />under the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: failure to pay the note <br />secured by said Deed of Trust when due, and breach of other conditions contained in the Deed of <br />Trust.
