<br />The undersigned, GRAND WEST L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company,
<br />hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising a part of Lot Two (2), Ross
<br />Acres Subdivision, and a part of the Southeast Quarter (SEI /4) of Section Eleven (11), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot Twenty Four (24), Grand
<br />West Subdivision; thence running northerly along the east line of Lot
<br />Twenty Four (24), Grand West Subdivision and its extension, on an
<br />Assumed Bearing of N00 °0 1'04 "E, a distance of One Hundred Ninety
<br />(190.0) feet, to a point on the northerly right -of -way line of Craig
<br />Drive; thence running N89 °58' 15 "W along the northerly right -of -way
<br />line of Craig Drive, a distance of Thirty Six and Three Tenths (36.30)
<br />feet, to a point of curvature; thence running southwesterly along the
<br />northerly right -of -way line of Craig Drive and the arc of a curve to the
<br />left whose radius is Two Hundred (200.0) feet, the long chord of
<br />which bears S87 °59'22 "W, a long chord distance of Five (5.0) feet, to
